The president summons is avsar parliament to conduct it business. Members of parliament meet, pass bills and discuss the affairs of the state. These are known as parliamentary session. 
There are three parliamentary sessions :
    1) budget session (February to March 
    2) Manson session (July to August) 
    3) winter session (November to December)
